Self-catering 2 bedroom Villa, with one acre of personal house grounds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, verandas on all sides, under cover car port for guest’s vehicle.
Outdoor Gas BBQ under verandah for guest’s use. Utensils & Outdoor eating ware provided.
Additional trundle bed, port-a cot & multi function high chair available for children.
Shower chair, Iron & ironing board available on request.
Guests provided with extensive local information on local Hunter Valley Must Do’s on arrival – Vineyards, Restaurants, Tours, Hunter Valley Gardens, Local Events, Shops & Markets, if needed.

Dog Friendly – Owners can bring up to two dogs in the regular nightly tariff.
Additional dogs AUD$10 per night, per doggie.
Property protocols:
- No smoking inside the Villa.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10pm to 7am.
- No illicit drugs to be consumed or brought onto the property.
- When absent from the Villa, close & lock all windows & doors, turn off air-conditioners.
- Leave kitchen & BBQ areas as found re clean dishes, glasses etc. Dishwashing detergent etc provided. Report any damages/and or breakages to Owner.
- No increase in the number of guests from the original booking, without prior consent of Owner.
- Guests who do not have a dog(s) are welcome too.
- Dog Facilities & Protocols: Dog Bedding, Trampoline Beds, Kennel, Water & Feed bowls provided.
- Dogs permitted in Living Room only. A baby gate is in place to prevent further entry into the Villa.
- Current C5 or higher level vaccination certificate required on arrival.
- One acre, fully fenced (6 ft chain mesh) dog zone provided for guest’s dogs exclusive use to have fun in – filled with garden beds, shady trees, paved areas and lawn.
- Guest’s Dogs may stay in this area whilst their Owners visit the Vineyards, Restaurants, Concerts etc.
- When outside the Guest Dog Zone, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Doggie Owners to collect dog poo from the paved areas & move to garden beds. Poo scoopers provided.
- There are no facilities on the property to accommodate Birds, Cats or other types of pets at this stage.
